Ingredients

| Chopped Onion | 1/2 cup | 4 1/2 cup |
| Chopped Garlic | 2 cloves | 25 cloves |
| Lentils | 1/2 cup | 4 1/2 cups |
| Chili Powder | 1/2 tsp | 4 tsp |
| Oregano, ground | 1/2 tsp | 4 tsp |
| Cumin, ground | 1/2 tsp | 4 tsp |
| Vegetable broth or water | 1 1/4 cup | 10 3/4 cups |
Preparation
Follow proper handwashing procedures as indicated below:
Wet hands and forearms with warm, running water at least 100 degrees F and apply soap. Scrub lathered hands and forearms, under fingernails, and between fingers for at least 10-15 seconds. Rinse thoroughly under warm running water for 5-10 seconds. Dry hands and forearms thoroughly with single- use paper towels. Turn off water using paper towels. Use paper towel to open door when exiting the restroom.
To Prepare:
Cook onions and garlic in olive oil for 3 minutes. Add the lentils and taco seasoning, cook for 2 minutes. Add the vegetable broth or water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes or until lentils are soften.
