Preparation

For 50 servings:

Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees Combine oats, Cheerios, pecans, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon, in a bowl and toss to mix well Combine lo-cal syrup, juice, and vanilla extract in 2 qt bowl and add to oat mixture and toss well. Spread on a cookie sheet coated with food release spray and bake for 30-45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and stir in raisins and cool completely. Store in an airtight container until needed for service. In an 8 qt bowl combine, mashed yams, applesauce, plain yogurt, ¼ cup of ground cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well. Using a #8 scoop portion a level scoop (1/2 cup) of Harvest yogurt blend into an 8 oz cup. Using a #16 scoop portion 1 level scoop (1/4 cup) of vanilla yogurt on top of each harvest yogurt layer. Finish with a 2 oz cup portion of cheerio granola

For 6 servings:
