| Broccoli, bite size pieces | 2 1/2 cups/6 oz | 20 cups/50 oz |
| cauliflower, bite size pieces | 2 cups/6 oz | 17 cups/50 oz |
| hoisin sauce | 1 T. | 8 T. |
| Soy Sauce, low salt | 1 T. | 8 T. |
| garlic powder | 1/2 t. | 4 t. |
| crushed red pepper | 1/2 t. | 4 t. |
| cayenne pepper | 1/4 t. | 2 t. |
| white cooking wine | 2 oz | 16 oz. |
| Celery, chopped | 1/4 cup/1 oz. | 2 cups/8 oz. |
| pea pods, fresh | 1/2 cup/2.5 oz | 4 cups/20 oz |

Preparation
Fill a large pot 1/2 full of water. Boil. Add carrots and cook for 3 minutes. Add cauliflower and broccoli and cook for another 3 minutes.
Heat oil in large saute pan or wok until just below smoking point. Add all vegetables to pan and fry for 3 minutes until tender. Add all seasonings and sauces. Blend well.
Serve hot.
