Ingredients

onions, slivered1/2 cup/1.25 oz4 cups/10 oz
green peppers, slivered1/2 cup/2 oz4 cups/17 oz
Broccoli, bite size pieces2 1/2 cups/6 oz20 cups/50 oz
cauliflower, bite size pieces2 cups/6 oz17 cups/50 oz
hoisin sauce1 T.8 T.
Soy Sauce, low salt1 T.8 T.
garlic powder1/2 t.4 t.
crushed red pepper1/2 t.4 t.
cayenne pepper1/4 t.2 t.
white cooking wine2 oz16 oz.
Celery, chopped1/4 cup/1 oz.2 cups/8 oz.
pea pods, fresh1/2 cup/2.5 oz4 cups/20 oz
olive oil1 T.1/2 cup

Preparation
  1. Fill a large pot 1/2 full of water. Boil. Add carrots and cook for 3 minutes. Add cauliflower and broccoli and cook for another 3 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in large saute pan or wok until just below smoking point. Add all vegetables to pan and fry for 3 minutes until tender. Add all seasonings and sauces. Blend well.

  3. Serve hot.
