Taco Seasoning1 T.6 T.
Beans, Refried no fat1/4 cup/2.25 oz2 cups/18.75 oz
White Onion, diced1/4 cup/.75 oz2 cups/6.25 oz
Olives, Black sliced6 oz.50 oz
Lettuce, Iceberg shredded3/4 cup/14 oz6.25 cups/120 oz.
Tomatoes, Diced1/2 cup/5 oz4 cups/41 oz
Cheese, Colby Jack shredded1/2 cup/3 oz5 cups/25 oz
Whole wheat tortilla chips1 cup/8 oz8 cups/66 oz

Preparation
  1. Blend together sour cream, taco seasoning and refried beans.

  2. Spread sour cream mixture onto serving plate or pan.

  3. Evenly top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives, and cheese.

  4. Serve with whole wheat tortilla chips.
