Fresh cold salad with Garbanzo beans, fresh herbs, fresh red onions and bell peppers tossed with olive oil.

| Red Onion (diced) | 1/2 cup/2.88 oz | 4 2/3 cups/1.5 lb |
| Green Bell Pepper (diced) | 1/2 cup/2.88 oz | 4 1/2 cups/1.5 lbs |
| Fresh Cilantro | 1/4 cup/5.5 grams | 2 cups/8.5 oz |
| Olive Oil | 2 Tbsp/.85 oz | 1 cup/7 oz |
| Red Wine Vinager | 2 tsp/9.5 grams | 1/3 cup/2.75 oz |
| Dried Oregano | 1/4 tsp/dash | 2 tsp/1 gram |
| Black Pepper | 1/4 tsp/dash | 2 tsp/1 gram |
Preparation
Drain Garbanzo beans.
Combine Garbanzo beans, red onions, green bell peppers and Cilantro; mix thoroughly.
In blender, combine olive oil, red wine vinager, oregano and black pepper for dressing until emulsified.
Finally, toss dressing with bean mixture until well coated. Serve chilled (below 40 degrees).
