|Fresh Ground Turkey||18 oz||10 lbs|
|Canned Mild Green Chili Diced||4 oz||6.5 lbs|
|Canned Great White Northern Beans (drained)||8 oz||4.5 lbs|
|Canned Kidney Beans (drained)||8 oz||4.5 lbs|
|Canned Pinto Beans (drained)||8 0z||4.5 lbs|
|Cloves finely chopped garlic||1 oz||4.5 oz|
|Grape seed oil||1 oz||2 Cups|
|Ketchup||3 oz||12 oz|
|Low sodium chicken broth||16 oz||1 gal|
|Medium onion (finely chopped)||4 oz||4 Cups|
|Carrot (chopped)||4 oz||2 Cups|
|Ground cumin||1 tsp||8 tbsp|
|Dried Oregano||1 tsp||8 tbsp|
|Cayenne pepper||1/4 tsp||5 tbs|
Warm oil in large skillet. Add onion and garlic and cook until transparent. Add ground turkey and cook 15-20 minutes @ medium/high temperature. Slowly stir in chicken broth, beans, cayenne pepper, oregano, cumin and 8 ounces of the chopped green chili. Reduce for 10 minutes and serve in bowl.
