A different spin on an old favorite. Try a whole wheat wrap, filled with spciy hummus, cheese and sauce. Vegetarians will be thrilled!
Serving size: 1 wrap
|From Saturated Fat
|6" Whole wheat tortillas
|Thick tomato sauce
|Dried red pepper flakes
|Low fat shredded mozzarella cheeses
Open hummus and place in bowl
Add pizza sauce and spices
Mix together. Should be smooth and still thick
Take flat tortilla and spread hummus leaving 1.5" around edges
Sprinkle Mozzarell evenly around
To roll, fold in sides and roll so that when cut you have a pinwheel effect.
