Description

A different spin on an old favorite.  Try a whole wheat wrap, filled with spciy hummus, cheese and sauce.  Vegetarians will be thrilled!

Ingredients

6" Whole wheat tortillaseach/6each/50
Hummus, preparedoz/10.38oz/86.5
Thick tomato sauceTbsp/4Tbsp/53
Dried oreganoTbsp/1Tbsp/8
Dried red pepper flakestsp/1.5tsp/12.5
Low fat shredded mozzarella cheesesoz/2oz/16.6

Preparation

Open hummus and place in bowl

Add pizza sauce and spices

Mix together. Should be smooth and still thick

Take flat tortilla and spread hummus leaving 1.5" around edges

Sprinkle Mozzarell evenly around

To roll, fold in sides and roll so that when cut you have a pinwheel effect.
