Description
Brown rice seasoned with fresh ginger, garlic, soy sauce and flavored with celery, carrot, onion, green and red peppers. Reminds you of take out fried rice but not fried.

Preparation
1 add 5 oz oil to pan on top of stove (for 6 use 1/2 hotel pan for 50 use 2 full hotel pansd)
2When oil is hot add onions
3 saute onions until golden and add garlic and ginger
4 quickly add all other vegetables topan
5 when vegetables are slightly coverd with oil add brown rice and cover all the rice with oil thats in pan.
6 add chicken stock
7 add soy sauce and stir in
8 cover pan tighlty with foil
9 put in 350 degreee oven for 40 minutes
10 remove from oven stir fluff up and serve
