Pasta Alfredo with Basil (and shhh beans)

Great Northern beans are prepared until very tender and then pureed and added to an alfredo sauce that has lots of basil. Sauce is then used to top spaghetti noodles.
Serving size: 1/2 c pasta, 1/2 c sauce

|Great Northern Beans, cooked and pureed well||1 1/2 c||3 qt + 1/2 c|
|Water||1/2 c +1 T||1 qt + 5/8 c|
|Skim Milk||3/4 c||6 1/4 c|
|Garlic Powder||1/2 T||1/4 c +1/2 t|
|White Pepper||3/8 t||1 T + 1/8 t|
|Basil Leaf||2 T + 3/4 t||1 1/8 c + 1/2 T|
|Parmesan Cheese, Grated||3/4 c||1 qt +2 1/4 c|
|Spaghetti Noodles||3 c||1 1/2 gal + 1 c|
Prepare bean per package direction until very tender then puree well
Mix water, milk and spices.
Add bean puree and parmesan and heat until thickened over low heat
Mix with warm cooked noodles
