Preparation
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. In a bowl, MIX taco seasoning* and beans together. SPREAD ¼ c of beans on each tostada. In a large sauté pan, SAUTE’ bell pepper, onion and corn until heated through. SPRINKLE vegetable mixture on each tostada (about ⅓ c on each). TOP tostadas with 2 T of cheese. PLACE tostadas on a baking sheet and BAKE until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. REMOVE tostadas from the oven and PLACE on a plate. TOP each tostada with 2 T of lettuce, 2 T of carrots and TOP with salsa and sour cream. SERVE and ENJOY!
